Hey guys is me Angela once again with the top news. Soda is a carbonated water. It is a soft drink a sweetener and a natural of artificial flavor. The sweetener may be sugar. Soda is drank worldwide in america the average drinks are 56 gallons of soda per year. People drink soda more than they drink water. It is important to learn how soda can be very influential in a person's health. The consuming of soda each day fills your body with 10 teaspoons of sugar. This amount of sugar can cause an insulin reaction in the body. This can and will lead to diabetes or insulin resistance. I know soda is very refreshing on those hot summer days, but stop yourself before is too late. Soda is an unnatural substance that harms your body and can make you addict,caffeine is the reason why it is so addictive and people can't stop drinking it. It also harms your digestive system and other organs in your body.

EATING GREEN VEGETABLES

Hi my name is Angela and today were going to talk about green vegetables first of all green vegetables are good for your body and skin and are a jumpstart to clear skin specially for those with acne.The healthiest most nutritious plant foods in existence are part of the cabbage and brassica family.this includes kale,mustard green,dandelion and spinach . First kale is not seeing a lot in restaurant so people barely know it but kale is a good source of vitaminB-C,Potassium,vitamin E. kale is higher than spinach in vitamins A,C and K. Very high in antioxidants and very low in calories. Mustard green i never heard of that till now just learned about it today, Is part of the nutrient rich brassica family which also includes cabbage. Mustard green is a store house of many phytonutrients that have health promotional and disease prevention. Dandelion is low in saturated fat and a good source green of vitamins it also helps full your body is one of the things they do for you including lowers cholesterol. Helps reduce the chance of heart disease and preserve vision health for those people who need to take care of their eyes because they use their phone too much.Mustard green helps filter high energy that may cause eye damage see people who be on their phone too much have to careful. It boost bone health it brings high levels of calcium and prevent colon cancer. Here are the ways you could cook and eat green vegetables.

WHY YOU SHOULD STOP EATING RED MEAT
Hi my name is Angela Garcia i'm a 16 year old high school student who cares about your well being. Why? you may be asking because the world and its habitants seemed to not care about each other anymore since there has been many wars causing suffering all around the world. Violence seems to never stop it is always present in our life. People stop caring about the value of others when they began to differentiated each other as different from others.Human beings started building walls between each other for the greater cause of the other. I think people stopped caring for one another because since life gets hards as one grows up and the only way to deal with it is by not caring for anyone but oneself. But not me i care about everyone and that's why today i bring you the mainly top reasons why eating red meat is not a good choice to make. Eating red meat causes serial problems to your body and organs.According to the article"10 REASONS TO STOP EATING RED MEAT'' the author tells readers that consuming red meat causes hardens blood vessels. The compound found in red meat called carnitine causes atherosclerosis.The hardening or clogging of the arteries. This means that carnitine can cause you real pain all just thanks to a piece of meat.I know that with the seasoning the steak might be delicious but think about the side effects, just because something looks good does not mean that is good for your body. Red meat can increase the risks of getting a cardiovascular disease. When you go to the supermarket and see those packs of filets so delicious please do stop yourself. Those packs of filets have different kinds of cows making it easier to get contaminate with bacteria and infect your kitchen. Also did you know that the process of red meat production causes great impacts on the environment more than any food. E.Coli can be in your meat depending on the # of cows on it and causes you greater damage than looking at the burgers ( Which can give you 2 type diabetes) and saying to yourself is for my own good. E.Coli not just causes dehydration but also kidney problems. I'm sure you don't want that in your life. Maybe you seeing this on Facebook, those videos showing how animals are brutally killed. Is easy to not think about it when your eating those delicious meals. Animal cruelty has increase throughout the years their put in small cages and then killed with no mercy. Those animals have the same right as you which is being able to live since they are also living creatures. companies obese these animals to get more meal out of them. Red meat contributes to the increased risk of obesity in the united states. In general if your a smart person you wouldn't want to put your heart, brain, and colon at risk.
