{is interesting because many people think that eating fast food everyday is eating healthy which is not}

{green vegetables are better than any other color vegetables it has more vitamins}
3)eating meat every day is not good for your heart.
{eating meat daily specially red meat will cause heart problems and cause cancer}
4)eating broccoli will benefit your digestive system.
{broccoli is the worlds healthiest vegetable}
5)apples increase your metabolism.
{people with fast metabolism eat apples to make a their metabolism stable. your body burns more calories even while at rest when having a fast metabolism.
6)stay hydrate at all times

ReplyDeleteI think healthy eating would make a great podcast series. I just don't want it to be too repetitive, so make sure you're focusing on how each food helps you in different ways. Not an overall how to be healthy series, but something along the lines of "Doing X will result in Y" for each podcast would work out.
