STAY HYDRATE AT ALL TIMES
Our bodies requires water for muscles,Is key for our health to stay hydrate when were dehydrated we feel faint and experience muscle cramps.Water is key keep our body functional Water is responsible for circulation,digestion,temp.regulation and cellular health. everyday we lose water through perspiration,breath,urine and excrement.How can you stay hydrate and why is necessary to drink lots of water at all times when leaving the house for outdoor activities eat melons,berries.citrus fruits and grapes.Drink water not just when you feel dehydrate but before it occurs. tell your body you care and appreciate your health.
